Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits • All full-set appointments require a deposit at the time of booking • All deposits & payments are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances • Deposits are applied toward your final balance • Remaining balance must be paid in Cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle at time of service Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time to your appointment • Your scheduled time starts and ends at the appointment time, regardless of arrival • A 10-minute grace period is allowed • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment • Late cancellations result in a $25 fee or loss of deposit (whichever is greater) • All outstanding fees must be paid before booking another service • To cancel or reschedule, use your booking link or contact directly; Contact: 945-536-9524 Allergy & Reaction Policy • If you experience an allergic reaction, contact us immediately • Refunds are not provided for reactions, as they cannot be predicted • A complimentary lash removal may be offered within 48 hours of service Fill Requirements • You must have 40% or more lash extensions remaining to qualify for a fill • Fills must be booked within the proper timeframe • We do not work over another lash tech’s work • If you have lashes from another artist, a removal + new full set may be required • Fills are only performed on sets originally done at Love Lashed Out Hygiene & Preparation; To ensure the best retention and results: • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes • Excessive buildup or residue may result in reduced retention • A $15 cleansing fee may be applied for heavy buildup or dirty lashes • Remove contact lenses before your appointment Additional Guest Policy; To maintain a peaceful and safe environment: • No extra guests, children, or pets allowed unless arranged ahead of time Address 1225 Pleasant Run Rd, Suite 311 DeSoto, TX 75115 Main Door Access: Building doors remain locked during the following times: • Mon–Fri: After 5 PM • Sat–Sun: All Day During Those Hours Please remain in your car Text or call upon arrival We will come down to open the door Walk to the door only once instructed Stay Connected Join us on Spaces by Wix to: • Book appointments • Pay deposit • Reschedule easily • Receive updates & promotions Invite Code: GVY1NL Thank you for trusting Love Lashed Out Salon with your lash extension needs.
